Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Medical Enterprise Associate Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Ensuring the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of a portfolio of customers
Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and business partner
Assisting with complex and business critical issues while driving a cycle of continuous improvement

Required Skills:

3 - 4 years in Professional Services, Sales, Customer Support, or Account Management, or in healthcare revenue cycle
Proven ability to influence both customers and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening skills and use of discovery questions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data
