A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Medical Enterprise Associate Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of a portfolio of customers
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and business partner
  • Assisting with complex and business critical issues while driving a cycle of continuous improvement

Required Skills:

  • 3 - 4 years in Professional Services, Sales, Customer Support, or Account Management, or in healthcare revenue cycle
  • Proven ability to influence both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening skills and use of discovery questions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data
