A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Medical Equipment Customer Service Specialist in Ogden.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Initiate and receive calls to/from patients
  • Provide patient education regarding usage of in-home equipment
  • Complete sales orders with accuracy and speed

Required Skills:

  • High school education required
  • Two years of call center experience or equivalent
  • Must be a self-starter who can troubleshoot challenges on the fly
  • Strong communication skills on the telephone
  • Excellent written communication skills
