Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Medical HCC Coder in Tampa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying, collecting, assessing, monitoring and documenting claims
• Verifying and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of diagnosis codes
• Completing appropriate paperwork/documentation/system entry

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 2+ years of working as a medical coder
• At least 3 months of experience performing HCC Coding
• Must have CPC, COC, CCA, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT
• Minimum of GED or High School Diploma
• Technically savvy
• High speed internet with good service available at your home
