Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Medical Incident Response Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support technologies including PC, network, applications and infrastructure
- Report critical incidents and problems to technology senior management
- Coordinate with Level 3 support groups to acquire and transfer knowledge
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of technology service management tools
- Advanced knowledge of technology related hardware and Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows
- Advanced knowledge of technology networks, servers and business applications
- Advanced organizational, management and planning skills
