A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Medical Industry Complaint Handling Team Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing expert guidance to subordinates on procedures and applicable regulations
  • Monitoring metrics and drives process improvements based on performance trends
  • Developing a complaint audit program to monitor complaint quality and compliance

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years in a people management role
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant related experience
  • 3+ years related experience in a Medical Device and or other medically regulated industry
  • Working knowledge of appropriate global medical device regulations, requirements, and standards
