A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Medical Industry Complaint Handling Team Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing expert guidance to subordinates on procedures and applicable regulations
- Monitoring metrics and drives process improvements based on performance trends
- Developing a complaint audit program to monitor complaint quality and compliance
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years in a people management role
- Bachelor's degree or relevant related experience
- 3+ years related experience in a Medical Device and or other medically regulated industry
- Working knowledge of appropriate global medical device regulations, requirements, and standards
