A healthcare business and operations provider is seeking a Remote Medical Debt Collector in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work insurance pools and contact insurance companies to resolve claims
• Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Work with patients and guarantors to resolve payer requests

Required Skills:

• High school education or GED required
• Minimum one year related experience required
• Comfortable working remotely
• Able to promptly resolve pending claims
