Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Medical Insurance Enrollment Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating and managing enrollment and eligibility exception processes to ensure contract guidelines are met
- Meeting and sustaining all department production, performance, and quality standards
- Preparing written member or group communications utilizing department standards and templates
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year work experience
- Must have proficient skill using Excel, Word, and Windows-based applications
- Health or insurance industry experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Detail orientated
