Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Maintain records, compiling information, and submitting the necessary forms
Complete provider's licensing and licensure renewal application
Monitor applications and follows-up as needed

Qualifications for this position include:

Be the go-to person for help and administrative support by Clinical and Provider team
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and state medical boards
Communicate clear instructions and be responsive to providers in a timely and professional manner
Understand current credentialing processes
