Job Summary

An insurance brokerage is filling a position for a Remote Medical Malpractice Claims Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as primary liaison to the insured with respect to a claim
  • Maintaining diary of upcoming actions/events and take appropriate action in a timely manner
  • Adjusting assigned claims in accordance with established procedures, policy coverages and applicable state laws and regulations

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 year minimum experience handling Dental and/or Medical Malpractice Claims
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Able to assist and cooperate in all internal and external audits conducted with respect to the Department's operations
