Job Summary
A healthcare staffing and recruiting firm is filling a position for a Remote Medical Management Coordinator in Louisville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Gather clinical information regarding case and determine appropriate area to refer or assign case
- Provide information regarding network providers or general program information
- Act as liaison between Medical Management and/or Operations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Requires an education level of at least a high school diploma or GED
- Requires exceptional phone / customer service skills
- Requires very strong computer skills
- At least 1 years’ experience supporting Medicare or Medicaid Case Management functions
- Supporting Behavioral Health clinicans is highly preferred
