Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Member Service Representative II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Resolving service inquires for claims, enrollment, billing, pharmacy
  • Interpreting contracts, and explaining benefits
  • Providing quality service, and the service recovery process

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum requirement is HS diploma, or equivalent
  • 2 years of related Customer Service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to deliver high quality service to Medica's members
  • Ability to interact with the team and support each other in dealing with customer issues
  • Advanced ability to multi task and manage time efficiently is needed
