Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Member Service Representative II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving service inquires for claims, enrollment, billing, pharmacy
- Interpreting contracts, and explaining benefits
- Providing quality service, and the service recovery process
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum requirement is HS diploma, or equivalent
- 2 years of related Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to deliver high quality service to Medica's members
- Ability to interact with the team and support each other in dealing with customer issues
- Advanced ability to multi task and manage time efficiently is needed
