Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Medical Operational Performance Quality Improvements Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive continuous quality improvement efforts for multiple functional areas
- Lead in a fast-paced, complex environment with a drive towards ‘zero defect’ capabilities
- Manage reliability and accuracy of Source of Truth data through ensuring systems are set up
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of project management and quality experience
- 5+ years of managing and delivering a large program with multiple sub-work streams
- 5+ years of facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss projects
- 5+ years of advanced computer skills with solid proficiency in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Tableau, SharePoint
- 4+ years of analysis and monitoring results/outcomes and creating solutions
- 4+ years with technology and automation efforts to improve accuracy and reduce errors
