Job Summary
A senior healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Medical Operations Associate.
Must be able to:
- Develop & build new clinical programs, including documenting processes, problem solving desired program elements & partnership
- Create technical dashboards, documenting periodic reports, and managing stakeholder communications to our stakeholders
- Engage with cross-functional team across health plan to understand clinical goals and service needs
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years professional experience in Operations or Program Development
- Familiarity with care delivery and payment operations
- Skills to manage schedules, logistics, purchasing … all the day-to-day details of running a business
