Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Operations Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and cultivating an Operations team focused on data, accountability and operational excellence
- Continuously evolving the foundational enterprise systems that enable both the Operations team
- Building, implementing, refining, and managing the day-to-day processes
Position Requirements Include:
- 4-year college/university degree
- 12+ years of experience building, implementing, refining and managing the processes and operations
- 8+ years in people management roles
- Established track record in utilizing data-driven metrics and KPIs to identify gaps/opportunities within an operation
- Prior experience in scaling an operational model and team from seed to series A, series A to series B, and/or beyond
- Hands-on experience with core healthcare service delivery tools
