Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Operations Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building and cultivating an Operations team focused on data, accountability and operational excellence
• Continuously evolving the foundational enterprise systems that enable both the Operations team
• Building, implementing, refining, and managing the day-to-day processes

Position Requirements Include:

• 4-year college/university degree
• 12+ years of experience building, implementing, refining and managing the processes and operations
• 8+ years in people management roles
• Established track record in utilizing data-driven metrics and KPIs to identify gaps/opportunities within an operation
• Prior experience in scaling an operational model and team from seed to series A, series A to series B, and/or beyond
• Hands-on experience with core healthcare service delivery tools
