Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hybrid Physician Medical Orders Tracking Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of entry for physician orders, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up
• Communicate proactively with all parties to ensure timely submission and return of signed orders
• Process and upload all orders into the EMR system daily while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and TEAMS
• Prior experience in home health or public health services with knowledge of medical terminology
• Must comply with health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid funding
• Experience with Home Care Home Base is preferred
