Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Medical Outbound Sales Phone Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Contacting business owners or General Managers or HR Professionals
- Educating potential customers in job postings offerings/packages
- Obtaining customer information such as name, address, number of job postings, types of jobs to be posted
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficient in English
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent phone manner as well as verbal communication and presentation skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Persistent and results-driven
- Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer
