Job Summary
To support a fast-paced healthcare team, the full-time Remote Medical Outreach Agent will make and receive calls to provider offices for medical record retrieval, ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to provider offices to obtain medical charts
- Review notes and follow established procedures before each call
- Maintain accuracy in call dispositioning and documentation while meeting KPIs
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center or high-volume data entry experience
- Access to a computer/laptop to complete necessary assessments
- Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Ability to meet hourly and daily KPIs
- Must pass an in-person drug screen
