Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Medical Patient Accounts Customer Services Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- handling a variety of customer service calls
- Resolve patient questions and problems regarding patient accounts, payments, and services
- Review explanation of benefit (EOB) documentation and notate accounts on collection activity
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in customer service and/or call center industry
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Internet navigation
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
