A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Medical Patient Accounts Customer Services Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • handling a variety of customer service calls
  • Resolve patient questions and problems regarding patient accounts, payments, and services
  • Review explanation of benefit (EOB) documentation and notate accounts on collection activity

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in customer service and/or call center industry
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Internet navigation
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
