Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Medical Pay Claim Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Investigate, evaluate and manage entry level and intermediate level first party claims
- Determine appropriate coverage and order of priority
- Identify, open and maintain proper reserves throughout the life of the claim
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Negotiation and organization skills
- Interpersonal skills and accountability
- Ability to produce a high degree of accuracy; strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
