Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Medical Performance Quality Auditor I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating the quality and accuracy of transactions and/or communications with providers, groups, and/or policyholders
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting any transaction errors or communications issues in a timely manner
- Tracking and trending audit results, providing feedback to management
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience with the company in an enrollment and billing, claims and/or customer contact automated environment
- Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
