Job Summary
A healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote Medical Product Care Team Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, collaboratively envision product solutions, clarify scope and manage teams
- Performing in-depth user research to understand the needs of our Care Team to inform the design and development of our digital tools and services
- Working with appropriate teammates across engineering, clinical and coaching, design, product, and data
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years in product management roles
- Experience with with best-in-class clinical and/or care products
- Strong ability to track and troubleshoot issues, escalating as necessary
- History of balancing qualitative and quantitative data against intuition in product decision making and successes
- Clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad diverse organization
