A pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Product Complaint Coordinator in Overland Park.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing the entire complaint handling process
• Providing the highest level of customer service
• Acting as direct liaison with client product complaint departments

Required Skills:

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Pharmacy Technician or other certified healthcare professional
• Experience in work related customer service function
• Current license/certification appropriate with degree or equivalent from another country
• Proficient computer knowledge and computer keyboarding skills
• Computer data entry skills
