Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Medical Product Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading design through the entire lifecycle from research to implementation
- Contributing to product strategy by deeply understanding our customers' needs and problems they are solving
- Partnering with engineering and product teams to improve the lives of developers, practitioners, and patients
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven company
- Experience working within healthcare or healthcare/wellness-adjacent space
- Be a strong, detail-oriented designer who can jump in and lead design with a fair bit of autonomy
- Empathy for the humans who are seeking to improve their health or improve the health of others
- Ability to take complex domains and make them easy to understand
- Enthusiasm for user research and discovery
