Qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree in human centered design or equivalent work experience
- 6 years of related experience
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to apply user research, process and workflow design, data analysis, etc
- Experience working in the healthcare and/or insurance industries
