Remote Medical Provider Network Specialist

Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Medical Provider Network Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing timely, accurate, courteous, and concise responses to inquiries
• Presenting a positive and professional image to providers, peers, and all employees while resolving provider inquiries
• Investigating inquiries within department standards/processes

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years' experience in a production or customer service environment requiring attention to detailed procedures
• Experience providing customer service to both providers and members
• 1 year of health insurance industry experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated flexibility, resourcefulness, and ability to perform work independently while being an effective team player
