Job Summary
A healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Provider Relations Advocate in Alexandria.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in end-to-end provider claims and helping enhance call quality
- Assisting in efforts to enhance ease of use of physician portal and future services enhancements
- Contributing to design and implementation of programs that build/nurture positive relationships
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel Yes, 25 % of the Time
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of health care/managed care experience
- 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
- 1+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
