Job Summary
A healthcare services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Quality Assurance Specialist II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coaching and mentoring incoming QATs
- Managing the timeliness and quality of medical reports
- Providing quality assurance for general medical and specialty examination reports
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years: Experience in Healthcare, Medical, or Insurance Related Industries
- Able to pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
- Direct Health Care Experience in Medical Case Management or Quality Assurance
- Experience with Case Management Software, Electronic Medical Records, and Medical Databases
- Ability to work independently and with team members at all levels of the organization
- High School Diploma or better
