Job Summary
A radiology services provider has an open position for a Remote Medical Radiology Patient Care Coordinator in Allen.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work through the Scheduler Grid to pre-register and schedule patients (inbound & outbound calls)
- Ensure all queues are processed in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to all process and compliance
- Communicate in a collaborative, friendly, and empathetic way when dealing with patients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- This job operates in a call center environment away from the outpatient clinical environment
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Three plus years’ experience in customer service – healthcare environment preferred
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
- Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
- Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
