Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Medical Real Time Analyst 2.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring real-time call volume for multiple queues and responding to spikes in high call volumes
  • Responding to periods of low call volume in relation to high agent staffing using agreed upon measures
  • Managing the WFM attendance line and apply exceptions real-time

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a contact center
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Sitting/Standing for long periods at a time, while using computer
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite
  • Flexible and adaptable with a bias for continuous improvement
  • Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, polices, procedure, etc.
