Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Records Outbound Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Handle high volume outbound calls
Speak with provider offices to obtain patient charts
Perform data entry and follow established operating procedures and HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

1+ year of call center customer service experience required
Healthcare and medical records experience is a plus
Ability to toggle between applications and screens with ease
Must be able to perform repetitious work accurately
High school diploma or equivalent required
