A company is looking for a Remote Medical Records Outbound Agent to ensure accurate and timely access to patient records.

Key Responsibilities

Handle high volume outbound calls
Speak with providers' offices to obtain patient charts
Perform data entry and adhere to established operating procedures and HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

1+ years of call center customer service experience required
Healthcare and medical records experience is a plus
Ability to toggle between applications and screens with ease
Ability to perform repetitious work accurately
Must reside within 60 minutes of Houston, TX
