A company is looking for a Remote EMR Download Associate (Medical Records Retrieval).

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve medical records from EMR systems
• Perform quality checks to ensure records are complete and visible
• Safeguard patient records and manage data transfers in compliance with HIPAA standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Experience working with multiple medical practices and knowledge of EMR systems is preferred
• Basic PC knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Openness to feedback and coaching as part of ongoing training
• Technical requirements include a Windows-based laptop/desktop with video calling capabilities
