A company is looking for a Remote Medical Records Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volume outbound calls to obtain patient charts from provider offices
• Perform data entry and follow established operating procedures and HIPAA regulations
• Ensure accurate and timely access to patient records

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of call center customer service experience required
• Healthcare and medical records experience is a plus
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must live within a 45-minute drive to Houston, TX 77086
• Ability to toggle between applications and screens efficiently
