Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of call center customer service experience is required
• Experience in healthcare and medical records is a plus
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to toggle between applications and screens with ease
• Must live within a 60-minute drive to Houston, TX 77086
