Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume outbound calls to obtain patient charts from providers and doctor offices
- Perform daily data entry tasks
- Adhere to established operating procedures and HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of call center customer service experience
- Healthcare and medical records experience is a plus
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must live within a 60-minute drive to Houston, TX 77086
- Ability to toggle between applications and screens with ease
