Job Summary
A global medicine development organization is in need of a Remote Medical Research Commercial Talent Acquisition Recruiter- Commercial.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing effective staffing solutions
- Driving the hiring for niche skilled and/or senior level roles
- Ensuring data compliance within Applicant Tracking Tool
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant experience in agency/ consulting and/or in-house recruitment environment
- Experience in full life cycle recruitment
- Experience in hiring for all level roles in similar or comparable organizations
- Capability to source passive candidates via niche websites, social media, ATS etc
- Ability to manage/ negotiate multiple stakeholders
