Job Summary
A genetic testing and diagnostics company is in need of a Remote Medical Research Customer Experience Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Dealing directly with internal and external customers via telephone and electronic channels to obtain missing information
- Supporting Sales team processing the following account requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years prior customer service experience
- Ability to analyze, escalate, or resolve customer questions within established protocols
