Job Summary
A financial services company that specializes in revenue cycle management for healthcare providers has a current position open for a Remote Medical Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist in Seattle.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the entire revenue cycle of the assigned centers
- Conduct payment posting for assigned centers as needed
- Manage the process relating to overdue insurance and patient accounts, collections and/or write-offs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior ASC facility billing experience required for remote positions
- Excellent knowledge of health care billing procedures, documentation, regulations, payment cycles & standards
- Experience with Vision, AdvantX and/ or Zirmed/Waystar is helpful
- Basic level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data
- Strong knowledge of computerized billing systems
- Positive attitude to enhance a cooperative and energetic work environment
