Job Summary

A manufacturing, discovery, and product innovation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Sales Instructional Designer.

Must be able to:

• Define training needs and objectives and develop the most appropriate deliverables to meet those objectives
• Manage the end-to-end design, hands-on development and implementation of global training deliverables
• Partner with sales and marketing teams in regulated medical environments

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Able to travel between 10-15%
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in education
• 5 years' instructional design experience creating content aligned with adult learning principles
• Demonstrated experience writing for the health and life sciences
• Experience adhering to internal legal, regulatory and compliance review processes
• Experience developing training content for global audiences and customizing it to meet regional needs
