Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the full-time Remote Medical Scheduler will manage appointments, provide customer service, and assist patients across a network of imaging centers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments for imaging services
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service to patients
• Support patient care and coordination across the imaging center network

Required qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Experience in a call center or medical environment is a plus
• Ability to work onsite for training and as needed
