Job Summary

To support patient care in a healthcare setting, the full-time Remote Medical Scheduler will manage and coordinate patient appointments for imaging services while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments for imaging services
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients
• Maintain accurate records and data entry for appointments

Required qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work onsite when needed and remotely
• Must reside within 50 miles of the office location
• Previous call center or medical experience is a plus
