Job Summary
A medical scribe company is seeking a Remote Medical Scribe Implementation Trainer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Logging into app to train new scribes
- Conducting Quality Assurance audits by observing scribe performance
- Documenting demonstrated competencies for each trainee
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- College sophomore status or higher
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to adapt to various learning styles to best assist new hires through training
- Ability to quickly learn new EMRs, physician practice styles, and areas of expertise
- Ability to draft a narrative account of events accurately in grammatically-correct English
