Job Summary
A physician-owned company specializing in acute care management and staffing solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Scribe in Edmonds.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of patient intake calls from provider or registered nurse to schedule psychiatric consults
- Follow the process within the escalation guide to prioritize consults based on shifting needs and resources
- Work with on-call providers, such as physicians, to help triage their requests
Qualifications Include:
- Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting
- Required to work 3-4 shifts per week, every other weekend, one major holiday, one minor holiday
- Experience working in the healthcare field or in a call center, preferred
