Core Responsibilities Include:

• Completing clinical documentation
• Completing history of present illness, assessment and plan
• Completing other clinical note items on a proprietary interface

Position Requirements Include:

• Previous experience in medical scribing or other related medical experience
• Strong understanding of clinical visits, physician documentation, and workflows
• High school diploma, or equivalent, or experience in a medically relevant field
• Proficient typing speed
• Proficiency in medical terminology
