Job Summary
A medical research company has a current position open for a Remote Medical Support Representative I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Verifying hardware requirements and performs software installations
- Answering incoming calls, emails follow-ups, call-backs
- Answering entry to intermediate level customer questions and performing basic troubleshooting on physical layer issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Technical troubleshooting and/or help desk experience
- 1 - 3 years of technical troubleshooting and/or help desk experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience working in a technical support environment
- Experience working in a technical support environment
- 1 - 3 years of experience working in a customer service environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
