Job Summary
A provider of remote medical documentation and live clinical support is in need of a Remote Medical Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reducing service disruptions by filling coverage gaps and troubleshooting MDS escalations/issues
- Remediating open MDS quality concerns on steady state accounts
- Coaching steady state MDS to improve quality and efficiency
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Medical scribing and training experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Passionate about helping others succeed and ensuring high quality customer service
