Job Summary

A high-tech medical device company has a current position open for a Remote Medical Technology Customer Success Associate in Santa Clara.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Processing sales orders and work with customers in the event of issues or discrepancies
  • Managing and auditing inventory deployed to the field in trunk stock and on customers' shelves.
  • Maintaining complete and accurate customer data across systems (Salesforce, ERP system)

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1 - 3 years of customer success experience
  • Working experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Working experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, QAD
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong professional judgement
