Job Summary
A high-tech medical device company has a current position open for a Remote Medical Technology Customer Success Associate in Santa Clara.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Processing sales orders and work with customers in the event of issues or discrepancies
- Managing and auditing inventory deployed to the field in trunk stock and on customers' shelves.
- Maintaining complete and accurate customer data across systems (Salesforce, ERP system)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1 - 3 years of customer success experience
- Working experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Working experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, QAD
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong professional judgement
