Job Summary

A global medical technology company is in need of a Remote Medical Technology Reimbursement Specialist I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating electronic folders for new patients
• Organizing patient medical records in preparation for prior authorization and appeals process
• Answering incoming calls received through the toll-free Pre-Authorization Support ACD

Position Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2-year Insurance Pre-Authorization Reimbursement experience
• Experience working with various payors including, Medicare, Medicaid and Private Payor, as it relates to medical procedures, services, and devices
• Experience building effective relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to create electronic folders for new patients
• Ability to coordinate with lead and supervisor regarding complicated cases
