A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Medical Telesales Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals
- Ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations
- Monitoring performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience as a telesales agent or at least 1 year of telesales supervisory experience
- Active Health Producer License in state of residency
- Experience managing employee performance including coaching to telesales call center metrics
- Must have strong technical and soft skills: Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc
- Experience with support channels including telephone, email, and chat
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
