Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Medical Total Rewards Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain the benefit broker and benefit vendor performance relationships
- Evaluate effectiveness of programming through engagement and cost analysis
- Ensure all benefit offerings align with our benefits philosophy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 5 years experience in benefits or compensation administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Expert ability to convey complicated information clearly and concisely
- Experience working in a compensation management system
- Sound knowledge of organization development, change management and HR practices
